What are my payment options?

You can pay using a credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal.

Why did the shipping suddenly become so expensive after I added more books?

Because your order weighs more than 2 kg. If your order weighs less than 2 kg, we can send it as a tracked letter, which is much cheaper. But if it weighs more than 2 kg, we have to send it as a package. This means that if you are ordering more than two books, it might actually be cheaper to place two separate orders.

I tried to order but it says that you don't ship to my country.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders that contain only items that are in stock will be sent within 7 business days.

Pre-orders will be sent at the time specified in the product details of each pre-order.

Orders that contain both pre-order items and items in stock will be sent when the pre-order is sent. If you do not want to wait for the pre-order items to arrive before the other items are shipped, make sure to place two separate orders.

How long does it take for my package to arrive once it has been shipped?

That depends on where you live. Here are a few examples of estimated delivery time:

Sweden: 1-2 business days.
Germany: 3-4 business days.
United Kingdom: 3-4 business days.
United States: 5-7 business days.
Canada: 5-6 business days.
Australia: 7-8 business days.
New Zealand: 6-7 business days.

These are only estimated delivery times, and they do not include the processing and handling time (see above).

What about customs fees, duties, and import taxes?

All products are shipped from Sweden. If you are located outside of Sweden, you as the customer are solely responsible for any potential customs fees, duties, and import taxes that might be charged upon delivery in your country. Black Dagger Publishing is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, and import taxes that are applied to your order and is not responsible for any delays due to customs. 

What if my package is damaged or lost in transport?

Black Dagger Publishing is not liable for any products that are damaged or lost during shipping. If your package arrives damaged, or if you package is missing, please file a claim directly with PostNord. You can file your claim here.

What if something is wrong with my order?

If you have received the wrong items or if there is something else that is wrong with your order, we apologize. Please contact us at blackdaggerpublishing@outlook.com and we will sort it out. Although we check so that all the items are in perfect condition before they are shipped, we understand things can happen during delivery. For any damage that has occurred during shipping, please file a claim directly with PostNord here. Please note that minor scuffs such as, for example, small scratches on the dust jacket, small areas where color/foiling has rubbed off, small creases in the dust jacket, and small dents, do not qualify as damage.

What about returns and cancellations?

You have the right to cancel your order, for any reason and without justification, within 14 calendar days of receiving the products. To exercise the right to cancel your order, you must inform us at blackdaggerpublishing@outlook.com of your decision to cancel your order by making a clear statement. If you decide to cancel your order, you must return the product(s) to us in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You must return the item(s) to us within 14 days of having notified us that you wish to cancel. This does not mean that it must have arrived at our location within 14 days. It means that you must have sent it within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation. You yourself must pay the shipping cost of returning the item to us. Once the product(s) that you have returned has arrived at our location, we will reimburse you within 14 days.
