Handling time

Orders that contain only items that are in stock will be sent within 7 business days.

Pre-orders will be sent at the time specified in the product details of each pre-order.

Orders that contain both pre-order items and items in stock will be sent when the pre-order is sent. If you do not want to wait for the pre-order items to arrive before the other items are shipped, make sure to place two separate orders.

Delivery time

The time it takes for your package to arrive once it has been shipped depends on your location. The delivery time does not include the handling time specified above.

Customs fees, duties, and import taxes

All products are shipped from Sweden. If you are located outside Sweden, you as the customer are solely responsible for any potential customs fees, duties, and import taxes that might be charged upon delivery in your country. Black Dagger Publishing is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, and import taxes that are applied to your order and is not responsible for any delays due to customs. 

Package damaged or lost in transport

Black Dagger Publishing is not liable for any products that are damaged or lost during shipping. If your package arrives damaged, or if you package is missing, please file a claim directly with PostNord. You can file your claim here.

If your tracking number shows as delivered, your order is ineligible for a refund or replacement.
