Returns and cancellations for physical products

You have the right to cancel your order, for any reason and without justification, within 14 calendar days of receiving the products. To exercise the right to cancel your order, you must inform us at blackdaggerpublishing@outlook.com of your decision to cancel your order by making a clear statement. If you decide to cancel your order, you must return the product(s) to us in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You must return the item(s) to us within 14 days of having notified us that you wish to cancel. This does not mean that it must have arrived at our location within 14 days. It means that you must have sent it within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation. You yourself must pay the shipping cost of returning the item(s) to us. Once the product(s) that you have returned has arrived at our location, we will reimburse you within 14 days. Products that are on sale, for example Scratch & Dent books, are not included in the right to cancel and return the product. All Scratch & Dent sales are final. If you buy a Scratch & Dent product, you cannot return it for a refund or get a replacement. 

Returns and cancellations for digital products such as audiobooks

All digital sales are final. You cannot request a refund for an audiobook. 

Package damaged or lost in transport

Black Dagger Publishing is not liable for any products that are damaged or lost during shipping. If your package arrives damaged, or if you package is missing, please file a claim directly with PostNord Sweden. You can file your claim here.

If your tracking number shows as delivered, your order is ineligible for a refund or replacement.

Issues with order

If you have received the wrong items or if there is something else that is wrong with your order, we apologize. Please contact us at blackdaggerpublishing@outlook.com and we will sort it out. Although we check so that all the items are in perfect condition before they are shipped, we understand things can happen during delivery. For any damage that has occurred during shipping, please file a claim directly with PostNord here. Please note that minor scuffs such as, for example, small scratches on the dust jacket, small areas where color/foiling has rubbed off, small creases in the dust jacket, and small dents, do not qualify as damage.
